Hello

Someone on your side of every call.

Hello is an assistant on your phone calls. It waits on hold, answers when you can't, keeps scammers away, and speaks for you when you ask.

Get Hello

Your phone, your number. Invite-only while we start with our own families.

How it works

  1. Say what the call is for

“Call the bank about my new card.” Hello already knows who you are, so you only say it once.

  2. Let Hello wait

It works through the menu and sits on hold. Your phone rings when a person is on the line.

  3. Talk, with someone beside you

Take the call yourself or let Hello speak. Afterwards, a short note of what was agreed.

An unknown number. Hello answers first and asks who's calling.

Someone on your side, every call

It answers when you can't
The pharmacy gets through. Sales calls and scams never ring.
It knows you
Your doctor, your accounts, what you asked last time. You never repeat your story to three people.
It speaks to you
During a call it quietly reminds you of the name, the number, the thing they promised.
Your family can help set it up
Same phone, same number. A short weekly note to the people you choose.

Honest on every call, so it can remember every call

Hello always says who it is, and everyone hears that the call is recorded. Because nothing is hidden, Hello can keep what was said, and that changes what it can do for you.

  1. It remembers

Who you spoke to, what they promised, the reference number. Next time, Hello starts where the last call ended.

  2. It follows up

“They said the card ships Friday.” On Monday, if it hasn't come, Hello calls back for you.

  3. It keeps family in the loop

At a time you choose, Hello calls the people you pick with a short update: the doctor's news, the new appointment, all is well.

The calls people dread most

You're not the only one. Hello was built for these.

I built Hello for my mom

I watched an older man at a bank try again and again to reach an operator. I thought of my mom, and how many of her calls go the same way. So I built her someone to sit beside her on every call: patient, on her side, and never in a hurry. See who else Hello is for.
